Services Provided

MEP Engineering, Technology Design

Telios is the engineer of record for MEP and technology scopes for a new 24MW wholesale colocation data center located in New Albany suburb just outside of Columbus, OH. The site has a total IT capacity of 24MW across 2 stories of data halls.

The facility was designed to meet Tier III requirements, with concurrently maintainable infrastructure and a 5-to-make-4 distributed redundant electrical topology. The mechanical design leverages large hydronic and air-side temperature differentials and thermal magnetic bearing chillers, enabling industry-leading air-cooled chiller PUE performance. The facility is engineered to support both air-cooled and liquid-cooled IT loads, providing long-term flexibility for tenant requirements.
