Telios was selected to provide Technology Design Services for University of Texas Southwestern’s Radiation Oncology Building Phase II. The new expansion includes a variety of innovative technology and expands the current simulation and treatment technologies. Transitioning from the era of intensity-modulated radiation therapy to adaptive radiation therapy, this opens the opportunity for the medical staff to provide personalized adaptive radiation therapy to its patients The facility includes 27 exam rooms, seven treatment rooms, a HDR Brachytherapy Suite, a minor procedure room, and a patient support room. Academic spaces include a training room, faculty offices, a dosimetry workroom, and a disease-oriented work area.

Telios’ Technology team worked closely with the project team to ensure the project goals were met and delivered on schedule.
