Biomedical Vivarium Renovation
This vivarium renovation consisted of expanding the facility’s current space for additional testing spaces for biomedical research. These spaces required the design and implementation of new dedicated mechanical systems without affecting the existing space operation.
Operating Room Air Handler Change Out
The air handler replacement project was focused on the replacement of the chilled water air handling units that had been dedicated to each operating room. During this renovation, Teliosity had to consider modular equipment that could be lowered into the basement mechanical room and assembled in place to replace the outdated system. In addition to the mechanical air handling updates, the room was updated mechanically to include smoke removal as required by the Texas Department of Health.
Installation of Biomedical Lab Freezers
With the growth of the Biomedical facilities, the mechanical system serving numerous lab spaces had to be re-evaluated and new load analysis completed. Due to these new system additions, Teliosity designed and integrated new mechanical systems and equipment to supplement the growing need of the facility freezer requirements.
