Topgolf stands out as a unique golf entertainment destination, integrating
microchip technology within standard golf balls to deliver an engaging
interactive golfing experience. Telios provided MEP engineering services
for two brand-new Topgolf facilities in El Segundo and Ontario, California.
Each facility spans 65,000 square feet across three stories, offering
both indoor and outdoor areas featuring 102 hitting bays, bars, meeting
spaces, restaurants, and seating capacity exceeding 300. Each location is
equipped with 6 EV stations and provisions for an additional 26 stations.
Addtionally, the facilities were designed with 9 DX roof top units and
natural gas piping serves the kitchen equipment and tee line bay heaters.
In El Segundo, the site includes four VIP bays and one production bay
tailored for video production purposes. Additionally, a 2,500 square foot
clubhouse complements the 10-hole golf course, complete with upgraded
lighting and speaker systems enhancing the overall experience.
