The completed space includes 50,000 square feet of Class A office, conference, and training areas alongside 150,000 square feet of industrial space featuring specialized service bays with overhead cranes, wash bays, automated parts storage systems, and shipping and receiving operations. The new headquarters streamlines workflows between office and service operations while supporting the complex infrastructure required for industrial maintenance, equipment distribution, and employee training. Telios provided MEP engineering and technology design for the tenant finish out, helping create a workplace that efficiently supports both office and industrial operations.
