Modern Heart and Vascular Institute (MHVI), a leading diagnostic and preventative cardiovascular practice, has a new four-story, 105,000-square-foot cardiovascular center in Humble, Texas. The tilt-wall construction project houses state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to advanced diagnostics, minimally invasive procedures, cardiac rehabilitation, electrophysiology, modern vein treatments, preventative heart care, cardiac consultation, and cardiovascular exams

The first floor features a 10,645-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center and Imaging/Diagnostics Center. Imaging capabilities include three PET CTs, one bone density scanner, one X-Ray, 1 mammography, and three ultrasounds. The Ambulatory Surgery Center has two Cath operating rooms and one C-Arm operating room.

The second floor includes a 20,000-square-foot clinic; the third floor provides 25,000 square feet of future clinical space, and the fourth floor will include a 20,000-square-foot clinic with administrative offices. The project team includes Browne McGregor Architects and Arch-Con Corporation, both based in Houston.
