With the assistance of the Telios Technology team, Telios Construction Management designed and manufactured 39 Cell Cabinets and 6 HUB Cabinets. The cabinets are to provide a self-contained technology infrastructure that manages the plant floor equipment data monitoring and storage requirements back to their local data center.To support MTMUS with maintaining the warranty requirements of all the internal components of each cabinet and ensure operational surety, Telios Construction Management provides Annual Preventative Maintenance, Quarterly Preventative Maintenance and 24/7 Emergency Response for HVAC, UPS, and ATS components for each of the 6 HUB and 39 Cell cabinets at the Mazda Toyota Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville, Alabama.Understanding that any downtime is a production impact to our client, TCM is also providing Emergency Response service for an unforeseen “Cabinet Failure”. Cabinet Failure is limited to the A/C units, PDUs, UPS, ATS and the Network Gateway. Utility failures supporting the cabinet are not part of this service. The goal for the emergency response time is 4 hours from notification of a critical failure, to diagnose and contain the issue.Annual Preventative Maintenance includes more in-depth inspection and testing processes of all electrical and mechanical components of each piece of equipment.During Quarterly Preventative Maintenance, each cabinet will have clean filters installed and an external inspection performed to verify no physical damage has occurred.
