The Humane Society of Southeast Texas operates a dedicated rescue
facility in Beaumont focused on improving the lives of pets and people
through adoption fostering and community education. The campus
supports a full range of animal care services including vaccinations and
spay and neuter programs.
This project included construction of a new 7,000 square foot adoption
building designed to enhance the visitor experience and support efficient
animal placement. The project also included renovation of the existing
4,000 square foot clinic building to modernize medical and treatment
spaces. Additional work involved minor renovations to the transfer
kennel building along with targeted site improvements to support overall
campus operations.
The scope required careful integration of MEP systems to support both
public facing and clinical environments ensuring comfort efficiency
and reliability across the campus. Systems were designed to meet the
operational needs of animal care spaces while supporting staff workflow
and visitor experience.
