A comprehensive interior finish-out was completed for this client, transforming 150,000 SF of single-level office space into a fully modernized operational environment. The project featured the installation of all-new lighting, mechanical, and plumbing systems, while existing power infrastructure was strategically surveyed and reused where feasible to support efficiency and cost management.
To ensure critical operational resilience, the project incorporated a robust N+1 diesel generator system along with an Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) designed to support the facility’s IT backbone and Security Operations Center.
The project was delivered in two phases, enabling the client to gain early access to portions of the space and begin business operations while construction progressed. The result is a highly reliable, adaptable workspace designed to meet the stringent demands of secure financial operations.
