This project represents the largest build-out within this 55,000 SF facility, totaling approximately 37,000 square feet of specialized healthcare space. Designed to support emergency, outpatient, and diagnostic services, the layout prioritizes efficiency, flexibility, and patient comfort. The program includes 12 exam rooms, four private patient rooms, four staff offices, and two centralized nurse stations. Additional support spaces include an in-house pharmacy and laboratory, a multi-purpose conference center, and a kitchen and dining area.
A full-service imaging center anchors the hospital’s clinical capabilities and supports rapid diagnosis and treatment. Diagnostic services include MRI, 160-slice CT, CT lung screening, CT calcium scoring, EKG, digital radiography, and diagnostic and vascular ultrasound. Specialized women’s health services feature advanced 3D mammography, bone density screening, and breast ultrasound. These services were carefully planned to integrate advanced medical equipment while maintaining patient privacy and regulatory compliance.
Engineering systems were designed to meet the demanding requirements of emergency and diagnostic healthcare operations. Infrastructure was coordinated to support high-powered imaging equipment, laboratory functions, and continuous facility operation. Mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems emphasize reliability, redundancy, and long-term performance.
