Cellipont Bioservices has built out a cell therapy contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) to add capacity to their existing presence in the San Diego, California area.
In a building owned by Vitrian, a biomanufacturing-focused real estate investor, this new cGMP facility is a 76,000 sq. ft. commercial-ready, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for cell therapies and gene-modified cell therapies.
The facility offers:
- 12,000 SF of Cleanrooms and Support Spaces (including 7 Grade B Cleanrooms)
- 8,500 SF of Wet Labs
- Quality Control Space
- Temperature-Controlled Storage
- 37,000 SF of Office Space
- 10,000 SF for future cleanrooms (space for five)
