Project Manager-ICT Technologies

Telios Corporation is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager – ICT Technologies to lead client-facing technology projects involving structured cabling, audiovisual, and electronic security systems. This role acts as a vital liaison between clients and internal teams, managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction. Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilize structured project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage resources, and ensure project transparency
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status reporting, and issue resolution, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely communication
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption and successful project outcomes
  • Provide project governance and enforce best practices, frameworks, and standards to promote consistency and continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordination of deliverables, performance evaluation, and compliance with contractual requirements

Minimum Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field; military training in relevant discipline (MOS) will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience and proven track record of successfully managing technology system-focused projects from planning to completion
  • Demonstrated work experience and knowledge of design and construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
