Project Manager-ICT Technologies

Telios Corporation is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager – ICT Technologies to lead client-facing technology projects involving structured cabling, audiovisual, and electronic security systems. This role acts as a vital liaison between clients and internal teams, managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction. Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Utilize structured project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage resources, and ensure project transparency
Facilitate regular project meetings, status reporting, and issue resolution, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely communication
Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption and successful project outcomes
Provide project governance and enforce best practices, frameworks, and standards to promote consistency and continuous improvement
Manage vendor relationships, including coordination of deliverables, performance evaluation, and compliance with contractual requirements

Minimum Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field; military training in relevant discipline (MOS) will be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of 3 years of work experience and proven track record of successfully managing technology system-focused projects from planning to completion
Demonstrated work experience and knowledge of design and construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in project management software and tools
