Mechanical Designer

Telios Corporation is looking to add a talented and ambitious Mechanical Designer responsible for the project design of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, as required. Project design shall include, but not be limited to, initial field investigations and documenting as-built conditions, design and load analyses, REVIT/CAD documentation, equipment selection, and spec development.

Responsibilities:

Designing mechanical and plumbing systems for a fully operational facility
REVIT based design production
Assisting in the coordination of project designs with other disciplines
Attending construction site observation and construction administration meetings
Maintaining positive client relationships
Production of project specific HVAC, plumbing, and hydronics design

Minimum Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in architectural, mechanical, or similar engineering program OR equivalent mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design experience in lieu of degree
3-7 years of demonstrated MEP design experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Revit mechanical design software (preferred)
