Electrical Engineer

Telios Corporation is looking for a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our team. If you are a recent college graduate or experienced electrical engineer with a successful background in electrical building systems design who can provide excellent customer service, we’d like to hear from you. Engineers will be responsible for taking designs from concept to the permit and construction document set. You must be capable of defining critical equipment specifications and approving equipment submittals. Electrical Engineers will directly support construction and be a part of the process from site selection review through commissioning and ultimately turnover. The Electrical Engineer will support our cleanrooms, labs, healthcare, corporate office, and industrial/manufacturing markets. Specific areas of responsibility include the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design for assigned projects.
  • Coordination of project designs with other disciplines.
  • Developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Attending construction site observation and construction administration meetings.
  • Prepare design documents utilizing Revit and AutoCAD software along with drafting project-specific specifications.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 0-5+ years of work experience in electrical systems design.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or registered Professional Engineer (PE).
