The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing senior living community offers a continuum of care with 142 units, which include a 78-unit resort style independent living building and a 44-unit assisted living and a 20-unit memory care building next door.
The apartment type independent living units include full kitchens with washer and dryers. The assisted living units also include washer and dryers.
Amenities include a fitness center and yoga studio, outdoor pool, movie theater with full screen, community and private dining venues, ballroom, library, beauty and barber salon, and golf simulation room.
Safety and security features include:

- Continuously monitored emergency response system
- Limited access parking garage
- 24/7 access control with personal fob entry
To date, Telios has provided MEP Engineering and Technology Design services for six Claiborne Communities. The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing is the most recent development and is currently under construction.
