Facilities/Maintenance Technician

Telios’ Dallas headquarters is adding a Facilities/Maintenance Technician to the team. The Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and execution of all maintenance tasks necessary to ensure reliable operation of all equipment at the Dallas, TX facility. This includes ensuring the completion of planned maintenance, completion of reactive maintenance, and implementing and effective and successful program that supports all employees, offices, and company assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and administers all company facilities and maintenance programs, budget, plans routine preventive maintenance, maintains grounds, facilities security across multiple company locations; ensures the safe execution of all facilities and maintenance tasks and projects
  • Conducts both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs on buildings, grounds, and company assets, including basic repairs to facilities such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
  • Identifies, sources, and engages facilities and maintenance vendors, equipment, and supplies; manages vendor partnerships, fee agreements, and contracts for all company locations and job-site facilities
  • Partners with our construction management team in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing/renting portable job-site offices; ensures each job-site office is properly equipped, per clients’ requirements
  • Routinely inspects buildings, sites and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs; responds to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests
  • Partners with staff and facilitates company events and gatherings
  • Responsible for inventory control for all company and job-site locations

Minimum Criteria:

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in leading, managing, or administering a facilities/maintenance or similar program
  • Demonstrated work experience identifying, sourcing, engaging, and administering facilities/maintenance contracts, suppliers, and vendors
  • Demonstrated work experience in basic building repair, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
