Human Resources Assistant

Telios’ Dallas headquarters is adding Human Resources Assistant to the team. This role provides day-to-day support in a variety of HR related areas including compliance, on-boarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations. This role will also be actively involved in high priority HR initiatives that support our growing workforce. This position is on site, Monday through Friday, at the corporate office in the Dallas Design District.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Answers frequently asked questions from employees regarding policies, benefits, hiring processes, and other HR matters, escalating more complex questions to our Vice President-HR
  • Provides administrative and clerical support
  • Assists processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assists with our onboarding process for new employees, including conducting or assisting with new hire orientation sessions
  • Assists in planning and executing company events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, holiday celebrations, and other special events
  • Completes and ensures compliance with all employee documentation
  • Support daily HR operations and tasks as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned

Minimum Criteria:

  • Must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in HR management, business, or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in human resources, business operations/administration, or similar profession required
  • Demonstrated work experience and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • HR or payroll certification preferred
