He has experience in the design, development and implementation of many different commercial and industrial systems while serving in varying roles as contractor, facilities engineer or commissioning agent.

As an MEP owner representative and construction administrator, Rodney’s expertise includes extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical and controls systems implementation and commissioning, along with practical experience in developing, maintaining, and improving engineering processes.  He has served as the commissioning agent and/or owner’s representative on many project types including combined heat and power plants, healthcare, higher education and manufacturing facilities, laboratories, government buildings, data centers, and airports.

His understanding of an owner/client’s expectations, along with his design and construction experience, provides a value added resource to many of our projects.  His extensive experience in developing control sequences of operation and system specification documentation for implementation and commissioning of plant HVAC and process systems combined with his ability to identify equipment operability and maintainability concerns, and functional operational issues, have prevented future rework and change orders.

Rodney’s unwavering personal commitment to job-site safety is relied upon during field observations and site inspections.  His hands-on approach has proven to be an asset to projects from start to finish.
