The new corporate campus is the anchor building in KDC's master planned mixed-use development, City Line. Spanning three high rise buildings the corporate office will include:

  • 2,000,000 SF of office
  • 62,600 SF of retail
  • 2,500,000 SF of structured parking
  • central water-cooled, chilled water mechanical system serving the entire campus
  • 15kV electrical service and campus distribution
  • 10MW of 15kV, on-site, closed transition generation
  • A-B electrical distribution system throughout the campus
  • regenerative elevator systems, 43 with 362 stops
  • targeting USGBC LEED Silver Certification
